55mwb collects personal data through the following means:

4.1 Direct Collection

Information you provide directly when registering an account, completing KYC verification, making deposits or withdrawals, participating in promotions, contacting support, or responding to surveys. This includes all information submitted through registration forms, identity upload portals, and the cashier interface.

4.2 Automated Technical Collection

6. Legal Basis for Processing

7. Data Sharing and Disclosure

55mwb does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for commercial purposes. We share personal data only in the following circumstances:

7.1 Licensed Service Providers

We share data with carefully selected third-party processors who assist in delivering our services, including: payment processors (GCash, PayMaya, participating banks); game providers (JILI, PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, and others); identity verification services; customer support platforms; and technical infrastructure providers. All processors operate under binding data processing agreements.

7.2 Regulatory Authorities

We disclose data to PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), the National Privacy Commission (NPC), and other competent Philippine regulatory and law enforcement authorities as required by law or upon valid legal process — including court orders, subpoenas, and regulatory directives.

7.3 Corporate Transactions

9. Data Retention

55mwb retains personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Policy and to comply with applicable legal retention obligations. The following retention periods apply:

• Account and KYC records — retained for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, as required by PAGCOR and AML regulations;
• Financial transaction records — retained for a minimum of five (5) years following each transaction, consistent with AMLC reporting requirements;
• Customer support communications — retained for three (3) years following resolution of the relevant inquiry or dispute;
• Marketing preference data — retained until you withdraw consent or close your account;
• Technical and log data — retained for up to twelve (12) months, unless retained longer for active security investigation purposes.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or irreversibly anonymised. Players may request early deletion of non-regulatory data (data not subject to mandatory legal retention obligations) by contacting the Data Protection Officer.
