Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the player will be notified and provided a reasonable opportunity to respond, except where doing so would compromise the integrity of the investigation. Upon permanent account closure for cause, any balance held in the account may be forfeited. Where closure is initiated by the player without cause, the remaining balance (after satisfying any applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's verified payment method.

In all circumstances, the Company's maximum aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to your use of the 55mwb Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by 55mwb's gross negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such limitation is prohibited by Philippine law.
